Go Barefoot

The world is electrical down to each atom and everything has a positive, negative, or neutral charge.

Our body builds up a positive charge throughout the day and contact with the earth is how we get back to neutral.

Going barefoot, especially after a long flight can help:

  • Reduce inflammation
  • Improve sleep
  • Reduce some risk factors of cardiovascular disease
  • Reduce pain

A road trip or flight is putting our bodies through constant micro-vibrations and this build up of electricity is what causes the jet lag and fatigue, we all know so well.  Give yourself the space to reconnect with the earth when you reach your destination. Go for a 20 minute walk in the sand, grass, or stream depending on your destination of choice.  Remember why you decided to take this adventure and align your mind as your body is able to refresh.  And remember, the way you travel matters.
