Essentially traveling with me is like traveling with a frequent flyer. You may not have the status but if the person you are traveling with is a Delta Platinum member, then you get access to early boarding, free checked bags, etc. based on their status. That's what I can do for you with hotel partners - you get special treatment based on my preferred status.

We are happy to do simple hotel bookings on a complimentary basis for clients who know what they want, where they would like to go, and who especially enjoy the added value of preferred partner amenities.
Service Includes:

Please note
$100 fee per trip when research is involved in finding you the perfect property. This covers up to 5 hotels in one location.
$50 late booking fee for all hotels requested within 7 days prior to departure.

Airline Tickets
For booking assistance with your flight arrangements, we use our expert Air Team who will assist in quoting, ticketing, and support should any issues arise while traveling. Air ticketing fee is $50/per ticket.
$150 concierge fee per week of travel can be added for additional reservations such as dining, spa, tea times, theatre tickets, etc. This fee is completely optional. Our Trip Planning Fees cover the logistics of the trip, and includes hotels, trains, transfers, and scheduled activities. We are also happy to assist with simple restaurant reservations based on our recommended list up to 2 weeks prior to departure.

Will working with an advisor cost more?
Any commission we receive is paid by the vendor, and the rates that we are able to offer you are at least as good - if not better - than the rates you would be able to find on your own. Plus, by booking through us, you are able to get special treatment, complimentary VIP benefits, and various upgrades that you wouldn't be entitled to if you booked on your own. Even with our planning fees, which depend on the complexity of your trip, the added value makes up for it.
Do you have trip minimums or require a certain budget for a trip?
No, however we specialize in booking 4-5 star hotels and luxury trips where we can provide the most value. The budget for a weekend getaway and a European vacation are vastly different. This means we generally work with budgets of $1,000 per day and up for full itinerary planning. Before planning, we will have a conversation regarding budget to determine if we're the best fit for your needs.
